Sanmark & partners has been in business since 2006, when Carl-Johan Sanmark sold the property maintenance company he had managed and owned for 10 years to a medium-sized company.

In his former company, Mr. Sanmark was responsible for implementing many apartment and building repair projects.

Using his marketing and selling background, Mr. Sanmark sold many properties on behalf of his customers.

For several years he was a board member of Finland's real estate service association, and he is a board chairman and member of several housing companies and foundations.

Mr. Sanmark has been personally interested in old buildings for many years and has conducted several challenging repair projects in buildings that were more than 200 years old. His experiences have given him a strong view on how old buildings should be repaired—with reverence and the use of tried and true repair methods.

Sanmark & partners offers customized property services to its customers. The range of services is always determined based on the customer's needs. With the help of our network of experienced partners, we can also take on large, challenging projects
